My
novice and intermediate level billiard course is approximately a 12 hour course
divided over a 6 month interval, meeting once a month.
Classes
are held in my "Training Room" on a 9 foot Diamond Professional table. Most classes have 1
student, occasionally two. If three students are necessary, a second BCA instructor will be brought in.
I am not adverse to teaching in the students home when proper equipment
is available and set-up correctly, after the 2nd session. Classes
are broken down to the following:
Proper mechanics, correct stoking, eye patterns and ball
control, and putting it all together with speed control and drills.
A Training
Manual is given to each student, in sections as they are taught, along with a copy of the BCA
Billiards Rule Book and video
is used through-out the course to help the student in correcting and
understanding their game. In a nut shell what will be taught in your billiard
training? Three (3) very important things, which are: Psychological,
Mental and Physical. Each student
will also be taught
when needed, a basic understanding of the rules. Individual Thank
you again for the opportunity to teach you the great game of billiards. The only
game that can be played by the youngest with the oldest, grand parent with
grandchild, mom and dad, brother and sister, male and female or a mix of any of
the above “Fun for the whole family… Billiards, it’s everybody’s game!” |
